laptop's back

my laptop is finally back after being to Toshiba for the upteenth time. this is the 5th HDD in the past year that they have changed for me. haiz. Toshiba's inadequecy is so apparently appalling. i wonder how long this HDD will last before its failure again. looks like i got the lousier end of the draw. haiz.
