Virus Clean Up

Argggg! My computer has been struck by the stupid "Silly" virus. Bloody virus sits in infected computers and jumps into thumbdrives, which in turns infects another computer once the thumbdrive is plugged in. If not for playing games with those "programs", I would not have switched off my Anti-Virus. Argggg! Time to start cleaning up. My biggest headache? My 1TB external hard disk which is near full capacity and I have nowhere to put those files to clean that hard disk. Headache!
