"water hammer" effect in ntu

i'm currently stoning in ntu instead of going down to my fyp lab. i'm not being lasy just that i've got a project report due next week and i need to wrap up my drawings before tomorrow's meetup. i'm sitting next to the sealed windows and now and then there would be strong winds slamming on to the windows and cause the windows to rattle. if this was some old creekity building, ooooohhh
