Multi Marvel Heroes Arc?

Was watching Captain Amaerica today and stayed till the end of the credits. Yes, for the uninitiated, all Marvel movies have a short clip at the end of the credits. You got to wait for it.

Anyway, in this snippet, it was shown that Thor, Iron Man and Captain America will be working together! Wow! Talk about the ultimate crossovers! However, got to wait till mid-next year though. So exciting! Haha.
