A new colleague just joined us this week. A Hongkonger-American. She's got the best of both world. The bargains of Hong Kong and the accessibility of USA. Haha. Felt that she got "hammered" in her rented room though. $1400 for a room with attached bath room in a condo at Cairnhill!!! Ouch!!!
