Job Offer

I have received a job offer today. I am mulling over accepting it as it will mean a return to the Engineering sector. I really really want to remain teaching. I really do. Talked to my HOD today and she has agreed to write a letter of recommendation for me to submit to HQ for my next application to HQ. I really hope this letter can open doors for me. I really do.
