weird things about santa

seeing how everybody is enjoying the christmas season, i was wondering if there was a flipside to the character known as santa claus. though not entirely accurate but i came out with some wierd ideas which had some sense of reason.

santa claus is an illegal worker. why? because, he is not known to be a citizen of any country yet come christmas season, he is working hard to deliver presents in most countries, not having a work permit whatsoever. you can argue that he is a commercial character but commercial characters all came from somewhere. astro boy came from japan, mickey mouse came from usa even singapore has our very own mr. kiasu! santa claus? to the best of my knowledge, there is no definite country that he came from.

given that he is an illegal worker, he can also be considered an illegal immigrant for when he travels around the world in his sleigh delivering presents, he is crossing borders without going through any immigration checks.

santa claus is also, either a pervert, a voyeur or working for the government in the internal security department or some intelligence agency, depending on which country you are from. how so? for he knows when you are sleeping, he knows when you are awake, he knows when you have been bad or good and he places all this on a list which he checks twice?! if he is not one of the three characters above, then why does he do it?

these ideas can be pretty farfetched but hey, there is some reason to them too. merry christmas everyone!
